Dato’ Mohamed Nasri Sallehuddin is currently Executive Director, General Counsel, Company Secretary and Head, Corporate & Support Services at Khazanah Nasional Berhad. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from University of Wales, Aberystwyth, United Kingdom in 1993. He was admitted to Gray’s Inn as a Barrister-at-law in 1995 and after having completed his pupillage in Malaysia, he was admitted to the High Court of Malaya as an Advocate and Solicitor in 1996. He also holds an MBA from University of Strathclyde, United Kingdom.
Nasri is also a non-independent non-executive board member of Telekom Malaysia Bhd, UEM Group Bhd, Chairman of Taman Tugu Development Sdn Bhd and a director of Think City Sdn Bhd.
Wong Shu Hsien joined Khazanah Nasional Berhad in February 2005 from Binafikir Sdn. Bhd. Prior to that, she worked in a private equity firm, Emerging Markets Partnership, the Principal Advisor to AIG Infrastructure Fund II.
She holds a degree in Economics from University of Cambridge, United Kingdom and a Masters in Economics and Political Science from London School of Economics, United Kingdom.
Shu Hsien is a non-independent, non-executive board member of PLUS Malaysia Berhad, Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, Malaysia Aviation Group Berhad and Malaysia Airlines Berhad.
Ainol joined Khazanah Nasional Berhad in 2021 after eight years in BP Malaysia as Head of Country, Malaysia. In Khazanah, he is currently a Director, Finance and holds a dual role of heading the Finance Transformation unit as well at Head of Tax Advisory & Planning.
He started his career in audit with KPMG London before moving to Corporate and International Tax within KPMG and later with Deloitte, specialising in risk management and controls. Ainol spent almost 20 years working in London prior to his return to Malaysia with Ernst & Young.
Ainol graduated from University of Essex in Accounting and Financial Management. He is a chartered accountant and chartered tax advisor.
Iwan Rashman Gulamoydeen joined Khazanah in May 2007. He is currently with the Legal Unit in Khazanah where he has spent the last 14 years working closely with Investments on many milestone transactions in the healthcare, media, renewable energy and aviation sectors. Prior to that, he spent 2 years with the Risk Management Unit where he was involved in setting up of the Governance, Risk Management Framework 2.0, Limits of Authority and special audits.
Before joining Khazanah, he was with the Securities Commission for 5 years where he served in both the Enforcement and the Listing Divisions respectively. He holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Tasmania and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2001.
Iwan was on the board of Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad, including serving on the audit and nominations and remuneration’s committee as Khazanah’s Nominee Director up until August 2022. He currently holds no directorship within other Khazanah companies.
Adeline Khoo Suet Ling joined Khazanah in November 2022. She is currently a Director in Investments, and she leads both the Khazanah Leisure and Tourism and Airlines portfolio. Before joining Khazanah, she worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for 18 years and was formerly a Director in the Deals division, specialising in valuations. She led numerous value advisory projects involving business enterprise valuations for M&A transactions, financial reporting valuations including intangibles, corporate and strategic advisory, corporate restructuring and conducting feasibility studies. In her first 3 years with PwC, she was with the audit services team within the Energy, Utilities, Media, and Info-communications sector.
Adeline holds a Bachelor of Science Accounting & Finance from The London School of Economics, is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (ACCA), member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and is a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser (CVA) from the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers of Singapore (IVAS).
Adeline is on the board of Malaysia Airlines Group Berhad, serving as an Alternate Director to Wong Shu Hsien effective 28 December 2022.

Karina is Director of Group Business Services of Destination Resorts and Hotels. She oversees a portfolio of Group functions including Legal, Secretarial, and Human Capital. Karina joined the Group in May 2011 as General Manager, Legal & Secretarial and was promoted to Director, Legal & Secretarial in June 2013.
She started her career with Petronas and has spent more than 16 years in legal and finance as well as intellectual property. Prior to joining the Group, she was the Chief Executive Officer of the Dewan Philharmonic Petronas and Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra.
Karina graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Law from Keele University in the UK.

The Datai Langkawi
Arnaud has been General Manager at The Datai Langkawi since June 2014. Arnaud was later appointed Chief Executive Officer of Datai Hotels and Resorts in August 2019 and also leads the master planning and strategic development of Datai Bay.
A seasoned hotelier, Arnaud has over 20 years of experience in hospitality, managing luxury hotels and resorts such as InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, Jebel Ali Hotel & Golf Resort in Dubai, and Indigo Pearl Resort in Phuket. Arnaud graduated from the Hotel & Catering University of Versailles Saint Quentin en Yvelines near Paris.
Chin See was appointed Director of Group Finance & Systems in September 2020 after joining Destination Resorts and Hotels in March 2020 as General Manager of Group Finance. Chin See oversees Group Finance and the finance portfolios of Desaru Development Holdings One.
She began her career in audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers and had a 10-year progressive career in Maxis Communication Berhad. She then moved into multiple senior regional finance roles in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining DRH, Chin See was the Global Finance Director at a local oil and gas company.
Chin See is a Fellow of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountant (ASCPA) with a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Business Computing from Swinburne University of Technology.
Ronnie joined Destination Resorts and Hotels in July 2018 as General Manager of Group Strategy & Business Development. In October 2020, he was appointed as Director of Group Strategy Management.
He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers Malaysia in 2000, covering the financial services sector. He later spent 10 years in the oil and gas sector working in corporate finance and strategy, being involved in fundraising, investments, joint ventures, and strategic consolidation exercises. He was later involved in a successful listing exercise on Bursa Malaysia.
Ronnie obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Curtin University of Technology, Australia in 1999 and has been a member of CPA Australia since 2004. He has over 20 years of experience in assurance, banking, investor relations, corporate finance, and strategy.
Zane joined Destination Resorts and Hotels in November 2011 in the Group Legal & Secretarial and served as Group Company Secretary until 2021, when she left the organisation. She recently rejoined the Group in March 2023 and has since resumed her previous roles.
Zane has over 20 years of experience in company secretarial and legal. She was practising law in Lee Hishammuddin (now known as Lee Hishammuddin Allen & Gledhill) and Shearn Delamore & Co, prior to joining DRH.
She holds an LLB (Hons) Business Law from University of Huddersfield and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2001.
Gowri started at Destination Resorts and Hotels in October 2019 as General Manager of Group Corporate Communications. Her portfolio also includes Strategic and Corporate Communications for Desaru Development Holdings One.
Gowri has over 15 years of experience in Corporate Communications at public-listed and non-listed companies including Maxis Communication Berhad, TIME dotcom Berhad, and Axiata Group Berhad. Prior to joining DRH, she was head of Communications for Axiata Business Services, the enterprise business of the regional telecommunications group.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business from Curtin University of Technology.
Shafahana joined the in-house legal team at Destination Resorts and Hotels in April 2012. Prior to joining the Group, she practised as a corporate lawyer in a small firm after being called to the Malaysian Bar. Shafahana assumed the Group’s Head of Risk role in September 2020.
Shafahana graduated with a Bachelor of Law (Hons) from Universiti Teknologi MARA. She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 7 January 2009.
Izrin joined Destination Resorts and Hotels in March 2021 as General Manager of Group Internal Audit. He has over 15 years of experience in internal audit and was previously employed by Axiata Group Berhad, prior to joining DRH.
In his various internal audit roles at Axiata, he was responsible for establishing Internal Audit functions across several overseas subsidiaries and new digital businesses and is skilled at providing objective assurance and consultancy services on audits. He is also an experienced Secretary to Board Audit Committees within Axiata subsidiaries.
Izrin holds a Masters of Engineering Science from Oxford University and is an associate member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
